OT-ISAC Welcomes Tenable in a Partnership to Secure Critical Information Infrastructure

Singapore – 22 March 2021 - Operational Technology Information Sharing and Analysis Center (OT-ISAC) has announced that Tenable®, Inc., the Cyber Exposure company, has joined the community as an Alliance Partner to help support Operational Technology (OT) security among Critical Information Infrastructure (CII) owners and operators in Singapore and greater Asia Pacific.

“Tenable is a widely recognised name in cybersecurity and now OT-ISAC members can benefit from Tenable.ot to ensure the resilience of systems providing critical services in the region,” said John Lee, OT-ISAC Managing Director. “Tenable.ot provides complete visibility, security and control over threats that put organisations at risk.”

Working together enables OT-ISAC and Tenable to exchange threat information to benefit member organisations that are serving citizens and governments in Asia Pacific.

“With the convergence of IT and OT, organisations are now experiencing cyberattacks that laterally creep from one environment to the next. The merging of these two previously-separated environments poses a real risk that simply can’t be managed in silos,” Gary Jackson, Vice President, Asia Pacific, Tenable. “The sharing of relevant, actionable threat information between and among parties helps address IT and OT risk holistically by allowing the appropriate stakeholders to detect, investigate and remediate the most critical vulnerabilities.”

OT-ISAC, a threat information-sharing hub for companies working in CII, uses proven tools and technologies to aid member companies as they exchange details of OT and IT threats and attacks on their organisations, to prevent and quickly recover from damage caused by malicious actors.

Actively accepting new members and intelligence or technology partners, OT-ISAC is committed to the security of asset owners and operators for the advancement of resilience in the greater Asia Pacific.
